Product Details

Orvis Battenkill Bamboo Fly Rod, 7'6" 2/2 7wt in great condition. 8 out of 10.

Built for an HCF 7 weight line. Medium-tempered cane, glued with resorcinol. High bridge carbide stripping guides on the butt and hard chrome snakes on the tips, all wrapped in chestnut brown windings. All sections are full-length, straight, and serialized #36938. 4 ounces. Medium action. Original owner rod built Jan 29th, 1964 by Orvis in Manchester VT. Includes original tube and sock.
