Orvis - 100 Spinning Reel

Italian made, collectible Orvis spin reel. The quality is equal to most of the high end open face spinning reels from that era. Orvis' first model was called the Pelican 100. The only difference between the two reels is that the Pelican 100 has a raised Pelican on the side instead of the jumping Trout. This version was first offered in 1962 with aflat paddle style knob.
